Client Policies


A credit card or gift card number is required when booking spa packages or parties of 3 or more.



Out of respect for your practitioner’s time and schedule, we request the courtesy of a 30 day cancellation notice for parties of 3 or more. And a two week notice will result in a 50% charge to your card. Should we not receive at least a 48-hour notice, 100% of the service fee will automatically be billed to your credit card; gift cards will be reduced to half value. Guests who fail to show will be charged 100% of the service fee.


Running Late/No Shows

We understand circumstances happen that are out of your control, in the event that you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are habitually running late and we are unable to provide an extension of your scheduled appointment time, you will be responsible for full payment of that service. Same applies for guest who fail to show.


First-time Visitors

We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for check-in.

We ask that you please silence your cell phones during services and if accompanied by children please ensure that they are aware services are being preformed and they need to remain seated and quiet.


Confidentiality and Health Issues

Our staff is committed to serving you in a professional manner. If you have any severe medical conditions or allergies, please inform us so that we can plan accordingly. All information you provide is confidential.



Our pricing does not include gratuity, however, tipping is always at the discretion of our guests. Gratuity may be paid by credit card, check, or cash. tip envelopes are available at the front desk upon check out. Cash tips are greatly appreciated. (gratuity may not be paid by gift card)
